Message frequency will vary based on your interactions. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can reply HELP for assistance or STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Please note: SMS communication is only available to active clients whose service agreements explicitly include SMS as a supported channel. Mittun cannot guarantee a response to all incoming messages. If your service agreement does not include SMS support, please contact us via email at support@mittun.com or through the live chat agent on our website.


By opting in to receive SMS messages from Mittun, Inc., you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Purpose of Messaging

Mittun uses SMS solely for customer care, meeting confirmations, account alerts, service-related notifications, and other one-to-one communication. We do not use SMS for promotional or mass marketing campaigns.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on your interactions with us, but you will only receive texts relevant to your relationship with Mittun. You will not be subscribed to any recurring promotional messaging list.

3. Opt-In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages via a web form, email request, meeting booking tool, or direct communication with a Mittun team member. By opting in, you give us permission to send SMS messages to the provided phone number for the purposes outlined above.

4. Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. You will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive texts from Mittun unless you opt in again.

6. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Mittun is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier related to SMS communications.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this SMS Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this URL. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
