1. Information We Collect

Personal Information You Provide:

  • First and last name
  • Mailing/billing address
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Organization or business information

We use secure third-party processors (Stripe, QuickBooks and HubSpot) for purchases. Mittun does not store or retain your payment details.

You may also be asked to provide information when:

  • Scheduling a consultation
  • Signing up for services
  • Submitting a form
  • Requesting support
  • Participating in surveys or offers

We may also collect information via third-party form providers, such as Gravity Forms, Google Forms or HubSpot, which are used strictly for project intake, support requests, or lead generation. These providers are required to meet security and privacy compliance standards.

Automatically Collected Information: Tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Heap, CrazyEgg, and HotJar help us gather non-personal data like browser type, referral links, IP address, etc.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide the services you’ve requested
  • To schedule or confirm meetings
  • To send project updates or alerts
  • To respond to inquiries
  • To improve website performance

We may occasionally email or message you about related services. You can opt out at any time.

We may use anonymized or aggregated data to improve our services, train internal systems, or enhance client experiences. This data is never used to identify individual users.

3. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive SMS messages from Mittun, Inc. for the following purposes:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Service or project notifications
  • Reminders or follow-ups

SMS consent is not shared with third parties.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out. Text HELP or visit mittun.com for assistance.

You are not required to opt into SMS messaging in order to use Mittun’s services.

4. Sharing of Information

Mittun does not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties — ever.

However, in order to deliver our services, we may share your information with trusted service providers or contractors who help us:

  • Develop and launch your website
  • Host and secure your data
  • Provide customer support
  • Send email or SMS communications
  • Process payments and invoices
  • Analyze usage data or provide technical insights

This type of data exchange is part of our internal fulfillment engine and does not constitute external data sharing. All such providers are contractually obligated to use your information solely for the purpose of delivering services on behalf of Mittun and are required to maintain its confidentiality.

We never share your information externally for marketing, sales, or partnership purposes unless:

  • You explicitly request it, and
  • You provide written consent beforehand

For example:

Mittun: “John, I know a contractor who may be able to help with your CRM integration. Do you mind if I share your email and phone number with them?”
John: “Yes, please share! I would love to connect.”

This is a valid confirmation example and would allow us to share John’s information specifically for the requested introduction. We will not proceed unless clear, written consent is provided.

We may also disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

  • Conform to legal obligations or comply with legal processes
  • Protect and defend the rights or property of Mittun
  • Act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users or the public

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and tracking technologies to:

6. Security of Your Information

We use SSL encryption and industry-standard protocols to protect your data. While we take reasonable precautions, no digital system is 100% secure. Your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of this risk.

Access to your data is limited to trained employees and authorized contractors who are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and follow internal data protection protocols.
