Installing the plugin

Upload in the WordPress Dashboard

1. Click “Upload Plugin” in the plugins dashboard.
2. Choose “mittun-classy-v1.0-beta.zip” from your computer.
   (NOTE: the name of the “.zip” file may be different, depending on which version you downloaded)
3. Click “Install Now”.
4. Activate the plugin in the plugins dashboard.

Upload With FTP

1. Upload the “mittun-classy-v1.0-beta” folder to the “/wp-content/plugins/” directory.
   (NOTE: the name of the “.zip” file may be different, depending on which version you downloaded)
2. Activate the plugin in the plugins dashboard.

Creating Classy Campaigns in WordPress

Getting the plugin to “work”

1. Login to your Classy.org dashboard
2. Access the main Dashboard page
3. Click the API tab
4. Create a new APP (if you don’t have one)
   NOTE: the name does not matter
5. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret (see image #1 below)
6. Access your primary public URL on Classy
7. Copy the number at the very end of the URL. This is your Organization ID (see image #2 below)
8. Paste all three pieces of information into the WordPress Plugin Settings (see image #3 below)
9. Click save
10. Go to campaigns → Add new campaign (see image #4 below)
11. Customize the options to your heart’s desire (Watch Video)
12. Display popup or inline
13. Click “publish”
14. Copy the shortcode at the bottom of the page.
15. Add shortcode to website
16. Save or publish your page/post
17. View the awesome plugin in action and test it out
18. Do your happy dance upon successful completion!
