An official message from Mittun’s CEO, Shane Michael, regarding the Coronavirus Crisis and what it means to your organization, your constituents and your nonprofit’s website.
Hi friends,
During this unprecedented time of uncertainty, Mittun is committed to fulfilling our mission to help nonprofits thrive online. The recent closures of many establishments have put significant strain on the nonprofit community and we believe that it is our duty as website superheroes to continue providing exceptional service to our customers.
I am proud to announce that operations at Mittun will proceed as usual and our dispersed team of website specialists will remain available during these tough times. Please keep in mind that the global pandemic has created a surge of unforeseen support requests. As a result, our response times may be delayed for anyone not enrolled in a current support plan and we will do our best to respond to all inquiries in a timely manner. If you need immediate assistance then we suggest enrolling your organization in a support plan to get bumped to the front of the queue.
Canceled Events
For those of you required to cancel your in-person event or fundraiser—we have some good news: More people will be online than ever before and it’s a great opportunity to host your event virtually and into their homes.
Consider launching a virtual summit, digital gala, social fundraising campaign or a monthly giving program. In a time of required isolation, people want to feel connected. There are many ways to leverage your website in the face of adversity and Mittun is ready to help.
Resources
If your organization is struggling to find the time or marketing resources necessary to implement a revised website strategy, please reach out. Mittun has allocated additional resources to extend our service offerings to those who need it most and can provide delayed payment plans to help offset costs. We also have a wide variety of free website resources and we encourage you to take advantage of them here.

If you are an existing customer, current partner or past customer, you are the reason we exist and we thank you. Please contact your project manager directly with anything you need and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
